Vera came highly recommended from a friend so I scheduled my first facial. She was very knowledgeable and my facial was relaxing. She spoke with me about what I wanted and the condition of my skin, took a look at my skin and provided the services necessary to achieve my skin goals. I did purchase the image cleanser and moisturizer afterwards and it provided great results.

Vera is a delight! Image facials are yummy. Vera is so sweet and kind and thoughtful...and she explains what she is doing and what is happening for the better of my skin. I love Image products, the variety of peels, facials etc. and Vera is top-notch at executing them in a relaxed, comfortable, very easy environment. I've gotten facials at certain spas in the 'high end' hotel in the certain part of South Charlotte...and did not enjoy it nearly as much as I do when I go see Vera. She is the "IT' woman of facial happiness.

I do not generally take the time to write reviews; however, love the service so much that I get from Vera at Youthful Complexions and felt compelled. First and most importantly my skin looks better than it ever has. I suffered from acne in my teens and later in life, rosacea. Vera designed an effective treatment plan to include monthly facials with skin perfecting peels every quarter. She designed a skin care regimen that works. My skin is so supple, smooth and hydrated and all the irritation I suffered with is GONE! Love the products, I use her Image Max serum, and Vital C night cream (my faves) she recommended for me. Honestly you will not be disappointed; knowledgeable, effective, relaxing and reasonable. She is a lovely soul as well. Oh, I have to add how much I love her eyebrow tinting...amazing! Thank you Vera, I always think of you a when I get complements on my skin!

I have had many facials throughout the years and Vera gives the best by far!!! I suffer from hypothyroidism, a condition which leaves my skin extremely dry. Not anymore! Since Vera has begun doing my facials, and also customized my skincare regimen, my skin looks and feels amazing! In fact, I have been receiving many compliments on how vibrant my skin looks. . 
Because I received such exceptional results, I decided to take my teenage son to her to see if she could help with his acne....and what do you know? His skin looks amazing now too! Vera is so knowledgeable on all skin types and I give her my highest recommendation.
